Thank you for shopping with Cherise Lashes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.

Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, but for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept used or opened items.

Quality Assurance: Before shipping, we make sure that all our products are in perfect condition and thoroughly inspected. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds: Due to hygiene purposes, products are non-refundable. Products may be qualified for exchange if product is not opened, in its original condition and packaging (Only applicable for pre-styled lashes). If you believe there is a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service team with clear evidence (photos, order details, etc.), and we will review your case and proceed accordingly.

We reserve the right to exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address that would be provided to you by email.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue exchanges without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
