Shipping policy

What are my shipping option?

We ship most of our orders via J&T. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on days that postal services are operating.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your proof of payment and they will be shipped within 48 hours. Any proof of payment received after 1pm each day will be processed and shipped the next available business day. During busy periods processing time may take longer.

Pick up

Pick up is available from Monday-Saturday 11am-4pm. We are located in Damansara. Please contact us for the exact address.

International orders

Please do not order our Cherise Bond if your country is under 0 degrees – if you take the risk & order we accept no liability for any issues that arise. (Our Bond cannot withhold cold conditions of under 0 degrees as it will dry out the product – winter in the UK is fine)
All orders are shipped out via a fully tracked service, you will receive a email/SMS. It is your responsibility to check your tracking status.
You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to process cancellations, or make any amendments to your order. We will do our best to fulfil address changes – if we see your email before your shipping label has been processed.

Duties & tax

When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the Malaysia. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by Cherise Beauty Enterprise and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. For further information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delayed shipping

Whilst Cherise Lashes make every effort to adhere to the product delivery times outlined in our Shipping Policy, we have no control over any delays that may arise after your package is with the carrier. Although they are uncommon, delays can occasionally happen. This can be the result of bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or other uncontrollable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with your package, hence we are unable to provide any reimbursements for incurred shipping charges.
